There could also be scattered snow squalls across central and eastern areas during the afternoon. The best shot of snow showers will occur along the east coast and across Cape Cod late in the day. Highs will range from the mid teens across southern New Hampshire to the 20s elsewhere. Skies will clear out tonight, and it will start off blustery. The temperatures will tumble quickly, likely to the lowest levels of this winter, but winds will diminish after midnight.
