A second area of clouds moved across northern parts of New England during the night. Temperatures started the morning in the 30s and lower 40s. A weak cold front will swing through southern New England today. This will bring a period of clouds to the region, especially during the afternoon. But the weather should remain dry, with temperatures topping out in the mid 50s and the 60s. High pressure from central Canada will build over New England tonight clearing out the clouds. But the airmass will remain similar to today straight through the weekend. Night time temperatures will be in the mid 20s to mid 30s while daytime readings will again reach the mid 50s and 60s.
