The low pressure system responsible for our wet weather will slowly move across the northeast today, and then move through the Gulf of Maine tonight. An associated trailing cold front will move across the region on Tuesday, ushering in some cooler air for mid to late week. This will bring a chance of rain and or snow showers to northern and mountain sections Tuesday night through Wednesday night, as well as a chance of rain showers elsewhere Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night.
