Skies were clear to partly cloudy and lows were uniformly in the low to mid 40s. Breezy and gusty winds will greet the morning commute under mostly sunny skies. The only exception is across southern New Hampshire where clouds were advancing overhead. Westerly winds will blow 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. These winds will subside somewhat this afternoon while clouds fill in the sky. Highs will range in the mid 50s to mid 60s. A west to northwesterly breeze will continue tonight at 5 to 15 mph. Evening clouds will dissipate, however as an upper level disturbance drops south out of southern Quebec, increasing clouds will advance over northwest sections. The disturbance may spawn a few showers north of the Mass Pike Tuesday morning. Lows overnight will range from the mid 30s to mid 40s. High pressure over the Ohio valley will begin a slow build east later on Tuesday. Highs on Tuesday will range from the upper 50s to mid 60s. Tuesday night and Wednesday promises dry weather compliments of high pressure.
