A few sprinkles and light showers have been moving across the region. These are ahead of a cold front moving through the Great Lakes this morning. This cold front will move across western New England late this afternoon and across eastern New England this evening. Before the cold front arrives, skies will be partly sunny and temperatures will climb into the 60s. Then showers will develop from the west just ahead of the front. As the front moves off the coast Sunday morning, much cooler air will move into the region. Showers are going to persist through the day on Sunday as the front will be slow to leave. Another low pressure system is expected to form on the cold front just off Cape Cod Sunday afternoon, increasing the northerly winds and bringing in more cold air. By Sunday night, the low will have moved northeast, but left over moisture, along with an upper level disturbance, is expected to produce rain and snow showers Sunday night into Monday. === The weather observed at WORCESTER, MA at 08:20 AM EST was: === The weather reported was fog.
