By early this morning, the disturbance had moved on to the northeast, but low clouds and even some fog remain. Temperatures early this morning are mostly in the teens inland to the 20s at the coast. It will be a cloudy and cold winters day in southern New England. Another upper level disturbance will affect our region this afternoon. Temperatures will range from the upper 20s inland to the lower and mid 30s at the coast. Flurries or a snow shower could linger into this evening, otherwise skies will be cloudy. Temperatures will fall into the lower teens inland and lower to mid 20s near the coast. We will be in between systems on Tuesday, but another disturbance will cross New England from the northwest Tuesday night.
