Temperatures are mainly in the 20s across the region, although some interior valleys locations have fallen into the teens. Even with weak high pressure will building across New England today, there will continue to be a good deal of clouds covering the region. These clouds, combined with a northwest wind will keep temperatures on the cold side. Highs this afternoon will range from the mid and upper 20s inland to the lower and mid 30s at the coast. The forecast call for light snow to develop across all of southern New England tonight, as an upper level disturbance crosses the region. Accumulations will be light with an inch or two possible by daybreak Monday. Temperatures will be in the upper teens well inland and the 20s elsewhere. Monday looks to be another mostly cloudy to cloudy day with lingering light snow or snow showers, as second upper level disturbance moves across the northeast.
