The clouds and a developing southwest wind, held temperutres in the upper teens well inland to the low 30s at the coast, all well above normal. High pressure moving off the mid Atlantic coast, and low pressure moving across southeast Canada, will result in a southwest flow of mild and increasingly moist air across New England today. As the moisture increases, so will the clouds, which will thicken and lower through out the day. Fog and areas of drizzle or light rain will spread across the region by days end. Highs today will be in the 40s to around 50. Damp, unsettled weather will continue tonight into Thursday as another low develops across the Ohio valley tonight, then moves east, passing just south of New England on Thursday.
