Elsewhere, skies became mostly clear. It was windy along the coast with gusts to 30 mph being reported. Clouds in the west, and the wind in the east prevented temperatures from dropping off to much, and reading early this morning were in the upper 20s to mid 30s. High pressure building over the region will have full control of our weather, keeping fair conditions in the forecast today into Wednesday morning. As the high edges off the coast tonight, south to southwest winds behind the high are going to send a considerable amount of mild air towards southern New England. Temperatures are going to be above normal, particularly on Wednesday, when some areas may even get close to 50. Wednesday afternoon and Thursday, inclement weather will once again be knocking at our door. Low pressure is expected to develop over the plains states, then intensify over the Great Lakes region, pushing a warm front ahead of it.
