Its announced its presence with a steady rain overnight. Temperatures at 4 am ranged through the 40s. As this low pressure passes by, winds will become west and increase to 15 to 25 mph over interior southern New England, and 20 to 30 mph along the coast. This low pressure is expected to reach New Brunswick Canada by this evening. Even after the steady rain ends this morning, a disturbance in the mid levels of the atmosphere should keep the possibility of showers into the early afternoon, especially across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. High pressure is expected to arrive this evening, diminishing the winds overnight. The stay of this high pressure will be brief as a low pressure moving across northern New England tonight swings a cold front our way for Wednesday. === ORH Terminal Aerodrome Forecast issued 1-Apr-2002 07:40 EST === 8am: 02010kt 2sm Br Sct002 Ovc008; Tempo 8-10am: 1/2sm Fg Ovc002 10am: 36012g22kt P6sm Bkn015 Ovc025; Tempo 10-11am: Sct015 Ovc025 11am: 23018g28kt P6sm Sct025 Bkn045 4pm: 28020g30kt P6sm Sct045 6pm: 27015g25kt P6sm Skc 1am: 28008kt P6sm Skc
